Explain …  MONGBAT
Mongbat is the name of our gaming community.  Users from, literally all over the world come here to organize, join-in, create, or simply talk about video games.  You’ll also find sections for general chat about whatever you want… but our focus with the community has always been the games, and to ensure that the members are having fun (while being successful).

What games does Mongbat play?
Aside from our Official Guild Games, at any given time, you can find a group of us online somewhere.  Over the course of a week, we have members playing together in over 50 different games, ranging from  across platforms from the PC to the PS3, Xbox360 and Wii.  And we don’t stick to any genre either, our members play first-person shooters, MMOs, RPGs, Fantasy Football; basically anything you’d want.  And the beauty is, if you can’t find a group playing a game you want to play, you can just go ahead and create one yourself.

What is a Mongbat Offical Game?
Official Games are ones we’ve taken in as something truly special to our community.  These games not only have the highest population base in our guild, but also, as Guild Games, will receive support from Community Leaders.  While in most games, the name Mongbat may just be a tag thrown on…  in these, we are actively trying to be a success, with full support of the community.

Is this a “Role Playing” Guild?
While we accept that some people may wish to RP within the game world. We really just want our members to be themselves and let their true personalities come through. However there is a good possibility that we would be willing create special events for people who do like to RP if our guild ranks desired such events in the future.

Why the name “Mongbat”?
When Mongbat was originally formed back in 2006, we were looking for a memorable, and comical name.  Something that wasn’t the standard “Legion of Your Face My Fist” or “Black Deathguard Rising” etc.
In a short amount of time, people across various games came to recognize our name as a symbol of not only skill, but fun.  So… why change it?

What are the rules of the guild?
We have an established set of rules which you can find within the ‘about’ section, under Code of Conduct. We believe these rules give players a good amount of freedom within the guild, while helping to preserve the good name and reputation we are building for ourselves.
